1st Premire Bank credit card ripoff Sioux Falls South Dakota

After reading all the articals here about 1st Premire Bank, Its nice to know that Im not alone. About 4yrs ago 1st Premire sent me a Credit Card that I did not apply for. With the card was a letter saying how I could Rebuild my credit and so on. I didnt need to rebuild my credit and so I cut the Card in Half and sent it back to them...

Now, Fast forward to Today, I get a Certified letter in the mail saying they are suing me for the unpaid balance on the card, About 279.00... I call them up and ask them what the Hell do they mean I owe you money, I dont have a card from them. They stated that they sent me a card in the mail and by accepting it I owe them Proccesing fees and some other Bull.

I told them I didnt ask for the card and cut it up sending back to them. They said they never got the destroyed card back and therefor owe them the money... I told the Rude lady on the phone that she has a better chance of Meeting Jesus Christ at McDonlds for Coffee then getting money from me for something I didnt use, ask for and didnt want.

They now have some snot nosed lawyer calling me saying that I better pay up or go to Court and be sued. I told him Lets go, Im sure the The judge would like to hear how your client does business. Havent Heard anything back from this Jerk Yet!! But im sure something will be popping up in the future from this Rip-Off Bank..
