We placed a simple wristband order and received some of the worst products I have ever seen. The color was painted on and chipping and peeling, the print wasn't centered, the bands were much smaller than the size ordered, and they were extremely thin and cheap feeling.
We were extremely dissapointed and tried to work with their customer service team to find a reasonable resolution, but they were an even bigger joke than the product. They "have no managers"... AT ALL. You cannot speak to anyone but the rude CS rep that answers the phone. They do not stand by their product and state that this is "within company standards and not considered defective".
Does that sound like a good company to you??!! They don't have notes on the SEVERAL phone calls, there is no one else to talk to, they try to kill the support claims with unreasonable requests, and they pretend to be someone else each time you talk to them! SERIOUSLY!!! They company and their products are COMPLETE GARBAGE. FIND SOMEONE ELSE BEFORE THEY SCREW YOU OVER TOO!
