Receieved an email saying that their company would create a 30 second video for $197. They did delkiver it however the quality was so poor we didn't even know where to start with requesting edits. Long story short - they just wore us down by switching people to deal with, versions of slightly altered video and we wasted valuable time of staff trying to make the product good enough to post. 

They evetually just stopped replying to our emails. No refund offered - even though they said all the stuff about 100% refund etc. etc.  Sad that people like this get to get away with 'gray' rip-offs - that is they actually do deliver - but in our case it appears they only deliver to avoid the business deal a complete scam.

Really sorry for your poor experience, and you are eligible for the refund

Im sorry to hear about your poor expeirence, I have had my team check for your name in our system and we can't actually see your request for a refund! However, we would be more than happy to arrange it. 

We do aim to make everyone happy with there video, but i understand that no one can have a 100% appraval rating (I assure you we try!) 

But again, please do reach out to us again (Maybe from a different email with your name and the email you ordered from, and you WILL be refunded ASAP.
