411 locals This company has locked me out of my businesses online presence Las Vegas Nevada

A few months ago a representative from 411 locals called me and convinced me to have a trial. For their service to prove to me that it works. They hooked on to my bank account to process a $1 payment and somehow I agreed to never be able to get out of business with this company during that process Apparently. I did not know this period after I saw the work that they did online I determined that I already had the same online presence that they were offering so I decided to not go with the service they continue to hound me and bug me and especially during horrible hours of the day and I did not answer the phone because I was not interested in the service having been screwed over recently by home advisor I was skeptical that they would play fair. 

I was correct when I found out this morning that my website had been commandeered and I had been locked out of it I realized that over the last 3 weeks I have lost a ton of business due to the fact that my customers could not access the website. When I called for 11 locals and explained to them that for years ago I was homeless and I have turned my entire life around fixed my credit score and started my business and I did not want to let them destroy everything that I had built. Their response to me was well you agreed to it and you owe us $800. I have never felt more disrespected and lost or hopeless involving a business matter this is just ridiculous.
