5 Star Sports Calendar Deceptive Business Practices, Aggressive Collection, and Printing Private Information without Consent Fayetteville Arkansas

5 Star Sports contacted my business, under the pretense of being our local high school, to print an ad in their sports calender.  I agreed to receive information.

5 Star Sports says they record these calls, and that they use this recording as a contract, I did not consent to being recorded.  I then told them on subsequent calls that I would not be placing an ad.I never sent them ad copy, but apparently they sent an ad to me for approval via email (that I never saw or opened--it went to spam).

They printed this ad on my behalf--with the wrong business name, and used my personal home address.  This was then distrubuted on posters all over our city.

Now they are calling inessantly and sending harrassing emails about paying a $350 invoice that I owe them for an ad I never agreed to.  They have put my family's security at risk by printing this private information.  They are threatening to send us to collections.

I logged a complaint with the BBB, but the company has not responded.
