50dollarlogo Poor Quality Wok - No Refund Internet

50dollarlogo promises to provide 6 logo designs with "unlimited" edits on one of the designs, including sample letterhead and business card designs.  Money-back guarantee.  For an extra fee they promise 24-hour turnaround.

I did receive 6 logo designs within the first 30 hours.  That was the last thing that went as promised.  The logos themselves appeared to be put together with an off-the-shelf logo design software, and the designers don't have any real idea how to work with it.  I didn't like any of the 6 designs, but was willing to try to get one of them revised enough to make it acceptable.  (Note that the comments I had made in the intake order were largely ignored, including colors that I did NOT want in the logo.  How hard is it to follow those kinds of instructions??)

I selected one of the 6 logos and made several suggestions, including specific design elements I wanted included, sent a picture to describe what I meant, and asked them to incorporate the full address information on the business card so I could see how that would look.  (Believe it or not, they then asked me to send them my contact information so they could include it -- although that is, of course, part of the initial order form.  And it was just haphazardly thrown in, without regard to matching fonts or size of font.)

None of my comments was incorporated, and basically they just sent back the same design -- and not within 24 hours, this time.  We went through this same pattern two more times, when I realized that they either did not know how to revise the designs or did not care.  At that point I asked them to refund my money, since they were ignoring my designs and it was apparent that they were not going to provide an acceptable design.  At this point, they asked for another go-round to satisfy me.  I agreed to that, and exactly the same thing happened.  It was the same logo again that they sent back to me, without responding to my comments.

At that point they "agreed" to refund my money, although they said it would take up to 21 days.  That was in June.  I have contacted them 2-3 times since then, asking about my refund.  They no longer even pretend to answer my e-mails.  They are apparently just going to steal my money.
