518 Home Inspections Ripoff Saratoga Internet

As a real estate agent, I have had the opportunity to see Mr. Van at work. I have had a few clients utilize his services. He was nothing but thorough, professional, and attentive to the customer's concerns. And regarding the complaint, it must nothing more than an attempt to hurt the name of 518homeinspections and I feel is  a false report. As a realtor, I must attend inspections and if anything, Mr Van took twice the time most other inspectors take to inspect the homes. He was very thorough and none of these clients that utilized his services for homes they bought through me have nothing but praise for his work. Thank You. 

To potential future clients:

First of all this accusation is, without a doubt, 100% false.  This is, what can only be described as, a clear attempt to slander my business, and therefore my good name.  The accusation states that I had allegedly inspected a house, and overlooked two known major defects, but still accepted payment.  Now I must ask, who in there right mind would pay for a home inspection, knowing that known major defects were overlooked without first confronting the inspector?  Perhaps an insecure competitor?  An Internet troll?  Who knows.  Regardless, as previously stated this accusation is, without a doubt, 100% false!  Thank you.
