7BStar is version 2.0 of Collectors PBA which has alread been covered in a Rip-Off report. They have simply changed their name and are continuing to operate their scam.
The scam is to buy collectable stamps from you for collectors in China. You list your stamps, and magically a buyer comes available. Then you are asked to put up a deposit of $2,000 to $2,500, If you say you don't have that kind of money, the deposit amount goes down. They want you to send them a check for that amount.
Of course, the buyer vanishes along with you money.
So Google Collectors PBA and examine the website. Pay close attention to the "Testimonials". The same "Testimonials" appear on the 7BStar web site, and you will notice the design of both web sites are almost the same. The person pictured in the 7BStar web site is not who they claim, nor are the group of people they show who they say they are. They did this on the Collectors PBA website.
These scammers have obtained a contact list from a company who sells stamps. That is how they get your name.
If they contact you, get as much information as you can from them, and then contact your state's attorney general and the FBI
Do not send them any money.
