I am the General Counsel of 900 Direct and this report from an alleged ex-employee is ridiculous
and is legally defamatory. I would challenge this person to name names and cite specific facts to prove the assertion of fraudulent billing.

900 Direct services INBOUND 900 number phone calls predominently on the 900(938)NXX, 900(537)NXX and 900(666)NXX exchanges.

900 Direct encounters some instances of legitimate phone theft, such as complaints from consumers who receive 900 Direct's invoices after someone has stolen phone services from the consumer. However, the instances of legitimate phone theft is low and 900 Direct works to correct such situations in the consumer's favor.
