i won $2000 in  5 reel slots play on october 22.2016 and requested wire transfer.  I was asked to submit required documents: authorization form, Picture ID, utility bill, front/back of all credit cards used. 

I sent docs and was told it would take up to 10-14 busines days to process request so I waited three full weeks,  No wire transfer to my bank account occurred. I asked Chat contacts to remind finance of my request and explain delay.

I received no e-mail from 99slotmachines explaining delay and continued to contact casino chat weekly, then daily, of the lack of response, either of info or pay-out. As of January 16, 2017 there is still no respnse or transfer of funds
