A-1 Upholstery/Vintage Snowmobile Show Diane Miller I have been involved in the the snowmobile Industry for 25 years and have never been ripped off or lied to as bad as what Diane Miller of the A-1 snowmobile show and upholstery shop done. New Lathrop, Michigan

In good faith I left 2 seats with Diane Miller Of A-1 Upholstery shop of New Lathrop Michigan.  They took over 6 months to repair these seats and then told me that there was over $800.00 worth of repairs done.  What a joke.  I got quotes locally from 2 other shops for $150.00 to $300.00 and trusted her and her shop.  She lied, deceived me and jerked me over like a convicted felon which she should be classified as.  She is a Jekyll and a Hyde to say the very lest.  I have had countless sleds and boat over the years and dealt with many Power spots people and related businesses.  This woman takes the lead in the very worst experience I have ever had.  I truly believe she is Psychotic.

I strongly recommend every one avoid her and her shop like the plague.

I just wanted to further update my original report that I filed back in 2012. Since then Diane and I have reconciled our differences and would now recommend her and A-1 Upholstery.  Looking back I must take some blame on this situation as I was Ignorant to the fact there are many various ways to recover a seat.  They really do high quality work at A-1 Mostly for high end snowmobiles that are restored and shown in International Snowmobile Shows.  I really wish I could remove the report but cant.  I am sorry if I caused Diane Miller any grief over this report and sincerely apologize.  Give them a try they do good work!

i own a small upholstery shop . there are still some people who believe in quality .this is the main reason for our web page so you can see whats going on. we get a lot of business from a lot of upholstery shops for that very reason.some of these guys think money is more important than quality.any way sorry it went that way thank you tim&miss t&m custom upholstery

I would like to continue by filing an update to my original report.  I have since communicated with Diane Miller and she thinks I was out to slander her and her company.  For this I do apologize, that was not my original intent.  Originally when I was presented with an over inflated invoice I perceived she was taking advantage of me and my company.  When we deal with people our motto is that we treat people like we like to be treated.  We try and give our clients more than what they expect and that is what we build and have built our reputation on.  We go beyond the call of duty, always.  I know we have have treated her with this policy so now I would have to believe that Ignorance is bliss, an example is that if I do a $3000.00 dollar job for somebody and charge them a $1000.00 but they only think it is worth $200.00 because they don't understand then whose fault is it or where does the buck stop?   Thanks
