A FAMILY LIMO charged me for services I decided not to go with dania beach Florida

A friend of mine advised me to call this company due to the prices she was told.

I called to inquire services for my wedding and they gave me a quote that sounded like a good deal, however I wanted to shop around. The lady I spoke with told me that if I wanted to place a hold on the reservation I would have to go online to do it since they dont do reservations over the phone. Of course it required card so I entered the information. NO confirmation emails or numbers were sent to me. I never even received a phone call. I had to call them!! Once I started speaking with someone, the price all of a sudden changed but they informed me services would be $135 thats including tax and gratuity for 2 limos, pick up and drop off. The lady said the total would be $360 something. I was on edge and said wit thats not what u told me before. I told them no never mind about the services because it wasnt in my budget. I found another company cheaper and decided to go with them for my wedding.

On my wedding day their driver calls me telling me he was downstairs. I said no sir I told the lady I wasnt going with your services anymore. He simply hung up and on the next day they charged my card the $361. I called them and they claimed there was nothing they could do about it  and because the driver came out there and I didnt call in to cancel. The lady claims that they wouldve charged my card anyway for the services because I cancelled within 72 hours. I told them that when the lady called me I said no...was left on hold forever and didnt come back. This company thinks they are slick. Why the hell would you charge a person that never received a confirmation email or anything? Its very un freaking professional to not send confirmation numbers email etc? Im working with my bank to return the payment. So done! Do not do business with these theives!!
