DO NOT deal with the seller A-PLUS trading on Amazon. They took my money on Dec 4th ($216) for 6 barstools and I was sent an email confirmation that items will be delivered Dec 16th. My credit card was charged on Dec 4, 2014.   I checked my Amazon account on Dec 10th tracking was still not sent, so I contacted them via email. They apologized, stated "FedEx lost the package(s) or the slips fell off by acciden"t. They promised to "immediately re-ship Dec 11th" and tracking would be sent that evening. NOTHING came via tracking. Dec 16, still no tracking, they never shipped the items either. I contacted them again no response 12/16. I left accurate negative feedback on Amazon and they phoned me immediately, apologized and said they would ship immediately, items were lost again, not sure what happened. 12/17: they emailed and said if I wanted my items shipped I need to call them.  I asked them to call me, as their phone is often on Voice mail and it is full.  They wrote back stating they tried me several times and no one answered.  I have caller ID and was home all day, they lied.  I phoned them Dec 17th at 6:45pm.  They told me they didn't know why my bar stools never shipped, so sorry. Went to check on them and stated they are on the truck and I would receive a shipping update in 2-3 hours, promise.  Checked my tracking, nothing has been updated still since Dec 4th.  Items never shipped.  Dec 18th, still no tracking and every time I get an email or phone they LIE. (See multiple similar complaints on Amazon). I am working with the ATTORNEY General's office in California who is going after this company for fraud. The FTC for consumer fraud and FEDEx for Mail/shipping fraud. A-PLUS Trading needs to be banned from AMAZON. Amazon can't do anything except "send a request to ship items" via email just as I have done a dozen times. I needed these barstools for a holiday gathering and now my guests will sit on the floor. DO NOT buy from A-PLUS Trading or you will be out money and be defrauded.

After 2 weeks of poor or no communication about shipping I received numerous apologies and a real fix from one of their superior employees named Johnathan.  He physically went to FedEx, phoned me and found the packages and reshipped using another shipping company over night.  He was honest, full of integrity and he righted so many wrongs.  I have confirmation from the shipping company that the packages are on their way.  Jonathan has renewed my faith in his company and deserves a raise.  Especially for putting up with all the upset people when the companies shipping departmen was the problem.  The company still has wrinkles to iron out and without Johnathan I am certain I would be filing a claim with the FTC and Attorney General.  He did an amazing job and deserves highest praise!  Thanks!
