We needed a transmission for a 95 Dodge Stratus. After searching, A to Z Auto & Truck Salvage said they had one for $550 shipped. Great! They wanted their money NOW! We had to overnight the cash so they could send the transmission out the next day and it would be here Monday (October 18). Imagine our surprise -- The transmission didn't show. We called. They said, "Your check didn't clear." It did clear. Nice Try! Then they said, "Ok. We'll send it out by Wednesday." Wait wasn't it suppose to be here already? Wednesday rolls around. No Transmission. We call. We call. We Call. No Answer. We called numerous times throughout Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. NO ANSWER AT ALL. It's now Monday, October 25 - No transmission. They don't answer their phone. They have our money. But we don't have a working transmission. We want our money back A to Z Auto & Truck Salvage. And the cost for sending it overnight. Which means, you owe us $600 for our time and trouble. By The Way - Send CASH. Your checks will probably bounce!!!!! Let's see. It's Monday. CASH should be here on Wednesday, October 27, 2010.

It's now November 7, 2010 and still have not been able to contact these people. We call and call and call. Finally get through - or more to the point, they answer the phone - and we end up on eternal hold. Or am asked to call back in a couple of hours---after they close. Another goodie was that their rude secretary stated that we were harassing them - since when is it harassment to find out the status or to request a refund? That's right! It isn't!
Isn't just us. They have over $1000 in cash for undelivered merchandise between our transaction and at least one other transaction that we are aware of.
I sent a registered, certified return receipt letter demanding money back. Still have not heard anything.
BAD BAD BAD BAD BUSINESS ETHICS!
Do not do business with this company. They will take your money and never deliver!
