I signed up for the A to Z system because I became an unemployed professional and was out of work for over 6 months and lost my unemployed benefits.  I had taken the time to help my mother recover from multiple heart surgeries, re-evaluating my career and trying to stay close to my children after my divorce and living off of my 401k.  My controlling ex got custody of my children and I finally had the guts to fight back and needed the money for a lawyer, so I signed up for the A to Z while looking for a job.

As I saw in another woman's post, the same situation happened to me.  The cost of the system varies based on how many times you “back” out of the offer – cheapest I could get was $1 for 3 day trial, one time fee of $39 + additional $39 per month and $1 service fee.

After realizing that this program wasn't doing me any good, I called the number on my credit card charge and cancelled the service.  The charges kept coming.  $39 + $1 each month for 3 months.  At the holidays, my awesome bank calls to check to see if I am making all the charges on my card that are occurring on my statement.  They couldn't even make out what Atoztheme spelled and I told them and the lady agreed that she could understand it.  I questioned her and told her that these charges were coming in and that I had cancelled the service and I wanted to stop them.  It was after hours and she told me to call during banking hours, but that I should call AtoZ again.

So, today another charge came in and totally made me mad!  I called AtoZ Customer Service who was a complete idiot.  She couldn't even pull up my account and gave me the wrong phone number as mine.  I had to give her my email 4 times before she found it.  I explained that I cancelled my account months ago and gave her the dates of the charges from my bank.  She said that my account was cancelled Dec. 19, 2015.  No way that was the date!  And she denied that the charges I gave her were not on her computer at all.  I asked for her manager 3 times.  She finally told me that the manager was on her break.  I told her that I was going to speeak with a manager and call the BBB.    I got the manager's name and plan to call, but I'm sure that I'll find out that the woman is the janitor!

If anyone has any information on lawsuits, I would love to get the information!
