My husband and cousin installed a heat pump.they did everthing except the thermostat wires.my husband was  

going to wire it.he got sick.he said that we would call a service person to wire it up he said that it should not costed that much when they came out we asked how much would it costed to wire it up he would not give us answer his son came up stairs we asked him the same question he said that he would asked his dad he never came back to tell us his dad said that he had to go and pick up a thermostat he said that our was not any good we asked again how much would it costed he said that he would have to wait and see when he came back with the thermostat i asked again how much it cost he said he would have to total it up he charge us $195.90 for a thermoatst and charged us $717.25 for labor the total bill should have not being no more that $150.00 my husband is 71 years old i am 66 he took avantage of us it took my husband whole social sercuity check to pay him and that is just not wright
