Chris Torres is a complete unprofessional. I was involved in a stressful accident and in need of assistance. Refused to return my calls, has to be bounced around until someone else in the Claims Department agreed to help me. If he is assigend to you ask for a transfer. When he did bother to return calls after multiple message, was full of excuses. He is incompetent and I would fire him if he ever worked for me.
