Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
After agreeing to trim two palms for the cost of a 75.00 certificate and an additonal 25.00, he did not show up. When called the next day, he said he wasn't coming out for any job under 300.00. I got the certificate from WJXR (also a rip off). This was NOT the way the service was advertised! How suprising? Another scam artist in the murder capitol of the US! Stay away from WJXR and AAA Tree and Stump! They are a total fraud. The radio station will just hang up on you if you call with a difficulty and AAA will just blatantly refuse to honor their contract.

I was just contacted by Greg from WJXR and the station has made good on the certificates. He reassured me that WJXR takes pride in their work ethic and will address problems encountered. I feel this resolution is fair and would not hestitate to use the station again now that I know that problems are addressed through the business office.
