On march 23rd I purchased $3000.00 worth of content insurance from my mover AAction Movers United Van Lines for $18.00. They moving crew broke off a knob on my dryer. The mover sent out a repair company and the estimate was $191.00 to fix the problem. They said they would pay for the repair and United Van Lines promised to send me a check. It is now July 1st and I still haven't recieved the money.
The person (Andrea DeBuhr) I have been dealing with has been rude and is not very customer friendly. I would not reccomend this company AT ALL because they do not follow up and hold your money. I have sent countless e-mails to Anfrea DeBuhr, the latest one today with no response. DO NOT USE UNITED VAN LINES & ESPECIALLY AACTION MOVERS.
