AANDD Movers ID thief Credit fraud criminal Uses xx Senter Crk Ct, San Jose CA 95111 to commit fraud San Jose California

Does anyone know who lives at xx Senter Creek Ct, San Jose CA 95111?  A young man who has access to that condo rental has been using my 79 year old husband's stolen ID to attempt to open fraudulent credit card and crdit lines since 6/15/16.  Our San Jose Police Dept has refused to investigate.  Even with a 7-year fraud alert on my husband's credit reports, companies do not always call our telephone number before allowing credit accounts to be opened.  We just entered a freeze with all 3 American credit bureaus, but some companies, such as Emporium.com/Pacific Credit Group, do not check credit before shipping products.  This moron received over $1100 of tires, folding Ray-Ban sunglasses, and an expensive computer gaime from Emporium.com on a consumer lease-purchase, as Emporium does not check credit.  It took over 6 months to get this debt removed.  The little creep has been receiving UPS shipments at 2637 Senter Creek Ct in San Jose under various customer names, and he applies on my husband's credit EVERY DAY.
