Aarons Repair Issues Spokane Washington

Had a 50 inch tv from them always paid on time. The Tv broke down aprox two weeks into the agreement.They took it to be repaired leaving an old temporay as a replacement. Two months later after calling them weekly they kept saying it wasn't back from the shop yet. One day after work stopped in and told them to get my set back or replace it with a comperable model. I was tired of paying for something I didn't have they said they brought me out anouther set what more did I want? I told them I wanted my New set not the beat up loaner and it had been two months where as my set? They look up the invoice and said it still wasn't back and I 'd just have to wait.

I went back to the TV area and saw an Identical set on the shelf for sale. I ask what about this one it was discounted from my original due to being a lease return just apply my payments and we'd go from there. Long story short it was the same set I'd sent for repairs two months before and they just put it back up for sale. The person that told me no more than ten min before that it hadn't come back from the shop started in to tell me a different story on how they were now "checking it out to see if it was OK" When I ask how come it had stickers all over it to describe t's features and payment amounts I was asked to leave the store.

l told them they better pick up the loaner and sure enough it took two weeks before they found the time to get out there and by that time the next payment was due and they still tried to collect on that for anouther month till I threatend a lawsuit against them.Just this month they sent me a come back card "worth" $200 what a joke!
