ABC Towing Damaged control arm rear tire and not wanting to pay for it Price changed also Norcross Georgia

I called this company to tow my car due to it not wanting to start from 2 blocks from my house to the dealership which is 1 mile from my house. I was quoted $55.00 plus $3 a mile. I verified twice that it would be about $60.00. the operator said "Yes".

When the truck delivered my car to the dealership he handed me a bill for $148.00. I spoke to a lady at the office and she said the operator did not know what she was talking about and I would have to pay. After settling that I would pay $100.00 the car was unloaded. As the driver left the Service advisor at the dealership asked me how could I possibly have driven my car. He said that the control arm was broken. I called the tow company and she was very irate and told me I have to have done it before. (my back wheels were a in a "V " shape, my car was undrivable.

Needless to say I had to pay 248.00 for the damage down and $400.00 for the ignition problem I had originally was to going to pay. I am at at lost of at least $300.00 for a simple tow.
