abcdigital.com abddigital.com made a fraudulent claim to youtube that I had used a video that belonged to them and they wanted to monetize my video. The video used was from pixabay.com and was free for personal and commercial use. The video they claimed belongs to RC-Aerio-Tech and can be found here: https://pixabay.com/en/videos/beach-holiday-greece-jet-ski-sea-3998/ Assolombarda

Received an email from youtube that abcdigital Assolombarda of Assolombarda in Milan, Italy was claiming that a video snippet I used in a compostion video was their and he wanted to monetize my video. He laid claim to the video at the 16 minute mark and this video belongs to Rc-Aero-Tech who uploaded it to pixabay.com. The videos at pixabay are free of royality and claims and can be used for personal and commercial. I disputed the claim with youtube and notified the owner of the video. I am awaiting his reply.

This is a dirty, underhanded trick and I'm sure if they make enough false claims against people, they will make lots of money. I don't want commercials interrupting this video, which is a theraeuptic video and should not be interrrupted.

If you are thinking about doing business with them, you need to think again. What kind of character do they have to engage in this kind of fraud? It doesn't look to me that they can be trusted and would probably skim off the top of any revenues you hope to gain through them.

ABCDigital dropped their claim of copyright infringement with Youtube. I had contacted the rightful owner of the video and he contacted ABCDdigtal. I might have jumped the gun, but I don't think I overreacted. I hope this is not a consistant "glitch" in their system that they misidentify videos.

There is a stark contrast in the claimed video of an aerial view of cliffs and ocean and the other videos of the customer they were representing, which was an Islamic Religious channel. I still find this highly suspicious but will give them the benefit of the doubt.
