ACADEMY CREDIT LLC TRIED TO ROB ME W/O A GUN AND THEN LAUGHED IN MTY FACE AND SAID TOO BAD!!! FARMINGTON Utah

I was responding to an application for a payday advance from a company and a pop up appeared that asked if I would be willing to get more info from a credit repair service. I did say that I was willing to get more info on different services that were available, and the next thing I know there's a $97 charge to my checking acct. I immediatly called the company and spoke to some one in their accounting dept. that informed me that I had in fact signed up for more than info and had been sent an email that notified me that if I hadn't cancelled within 5 days that the $97 was in fact non refundable and that it was just to bad because the only person that I was going to get a chance to talk to.She identified herself only as employee #2052 and said that she was the supervisor of accounting and the only person with more authority than herself was the owner who doesn't entertain phone calls, Basically I was out of luck. TOO BAD SO SAD!! I did notify my bank of the check fraud and they closed my account and refunded my $97. But I went thru a lot of hassles and wasted time to try to resolve this. I came home today only to find another charge on my closed acct of $149 from another company called USA Credit. check out the reports on them. I guess tommorrow I'm back at it again.
