while veiwing my account on "my space" i noticed and ad on the right hand side of the screen. advertising a superb weight loss program for older people who have had trouble losing weight effectively.

after reading all the hype of the acai berry product, that was was the oprah show one day with dr. oz. i decided to give it a try. one "free" bottle, you only have to pay the shipping charge of $5.98.

i recieved a e-mail confirmation of my order. with an order number and a customer number. this email was recieved on dec. 16, 2008 which was the day i ordered it.

after not recieving my product for several days, on dec. 29,2008, i contacted the toll free number that was on the e-mail. i was told my order had been processed and i should recieve it within 1-3 days. i was also told i would recieve an e-mail confirming our conversation, and to confirm the order was on its' way!

i never got that email. and still have not recieved my product, as of jan. 21st, 2009.

i was so excited that i was going to be able to lose some weight at my age and keep it off, as they had said in thier ad. also in the description of the product, there was mention that if i was so satisfied with the product. i would have a chance to recieve a $500.00 dollar bonus if they used my experience online. i, as many others could use an extra $500.00 . they never gave me a chance to try the product therefore they ruined my chance at even trying to get the bonus money.

i am very disappointed that someone has taken advantage of me. i am unemployed currently so every dollar is important. i didn't really think this would happen, that is why i took the risk of spending the $5.98. in today's economy no one can afford to trow away any amount of money.

i don't think oprah and dr oz would appreciate knowing someone used their show to encourge such a wonderful product in order to scam people.
