I had enrolled in their 14 day free trial. I used the product for 14 days. They automatically sent to me a 30 day supply. I received that shipment on 7/24/08.

I then sent them an e-mail asking to cancel my subscription and allow a return for 2 unopened bottles of the product. The shipping date was 7/17/08.
They responded via e-mail canceling my subscription but their was no mention about the return request.

I then sent them another about the return. I was told that i did not request a return within the 14 day trail. They denied the return.

I then requested a return under their 15 day satisfaction guarantee as stated in their terms and policy. The shipping date was clear. 7/17/08. I received the shipment on 7/24/08.

I phoned to ask for a return and the person i spoke to said in a very sarcastic manner "Did you read the terms and policy"? I said yes and asked for help. I was told to contact them via e-mail.

That's when I got the runaround. Do not purchase this product. They are dishonest and scam artists. Don't believe a word they say. I have also sent a report to the Better Business Bureau.
