I was so excited when I recieved a letter stating that on June 15th 2009 the entry slip with seral number 3874501 attached to my name matched the first five lucky numbers 35-21-30-65-47 and won $450,000.00 US dollars. 

Access financial inc. was assigned by the international sweepstates organization to inform the winners and to pay them off. Payment will be made by a certified check that would be delivered by their special courier company. enclosed was a check in the amount of $4800.00 to pay for my taxes of $3750.00 to be payed by money gram or western union.        

The letter stated to call Jim Morris at 1-778-882-6487 with in 5 days. When I called a man answered and told me  to hold on, then he hung up. When I called him back I ask why he hung up on me he told me that he told me to call back in 30 minutes to give him time to get my file. When I called him back in 30 minutes no one answered. I took the check to my bank and deposited it. In about 10 days the check came back bogus. If anyone get a check in the mail please please just throw it in the trash.
