Access Holdings Access Legal Illegally Threatening Me

Access Holdings has ILLEGALLY commited the following:

-Contacted my sister and mother via mobile and home phone (both of whom have phone numbers that are not listed and I would never give out their contact information)

-After illegally calling my sister and mother, I called this company to see what this was regarding...I spoke to one of their agents and they claim that I had taken out a payday loan in 2011 for $350 that is now over $500. Once the agent told me this, I kindly asked for them to send me any and all information regarding this debt (100% not mine) to my email or home address. After I asked this question, the agent proceeded to tell me that "We are taking you to court!" and hung up on me. 

-My dad is an Attorney and I asked him to follow-up with this company and he's gotten hung up on several times. In closing, I never took out a payday loan in 2011 or whenever this company claims I did. This is such a SCAM and this company should NOT be in business. Blowing my my sister and mother's phones????!!! Illegal!
