Accessory Bargains One BIG SCAM! Brooklyn New York

I placed an order with Accessory Bargains for an Otterbox "Defender" iphone case. I was sent  "part of" Otterbox's "Commuter" case instead.  It arrived in a sandwich bag inside a thin, unpadded envelope..no packaging, no holster, no description pamphlet, no invoice.  

Being very familiar with their different cases, not to mention the fact that it's clearly marked on the inside, there was absolutely no doubt that they substituted a similar, but a step down from the product advertised and the product ordered.  I immediately contacted this company and asked for either an exchange for the correct product, or a full refund. 

Their response was " We did send you the "Defender"...not a "Commuter"!

Excuse me?! Was I being called a liar?

My husband took pictures (with a macro-lense so you could clearly see)  "COM" on the case they sent, as well as a picture of my "Defender" which is labled "DEF" on the inside of the case. He also put them side-by-side for even more clarity.

Unbelievably, they still claim that they sent the right product, even after they were sent the pics. Their comments were down right disrespectful, rude, and argumentative.  

I returned the case with an authorization number by certified mail (so that they couldn't dispute receiving it).  I requested  the price of the case plus my shipping charge (since it was their mistake).   I suppose that really made them mad, as they will not even respond at all now.  I have verification of the delivery, yet they haven't refunded or contacted me.  

It's pretty hard to take this lying down!  I'll keep fighting for my $39.54.  This company is dishonest and needs to be shut down!
