keep getting cals from these people, and they threaten me with criminal charges over an pld payday loan from 2007

not only is it past texas SOL but he said he was going to snd me to court for tyring to defroud a bank check.

and said i wouldpossily fasing kain time depending on judge.IDK the laws so i agreed to pay him on install menmts cause i dont want to go to prison for life.

also i am unemployed and he is making me give a good part of unemployment check for mothly payments untill paid his name is steve
