Our pre sale set up includes barcoding and a unique method of tracking each and every item. We provide a before sale inventory list to our client as well as a sale inventory list at the conclusion of the estate sale. We are pretty in-tune to every dollar ran through the sale, and reversely any dollar not ran through the sale. An $80.00 discrepancy would stick out like a sore thumb. All our accounting matches up, our client is very happy with the sale proceeds and the conduct/transparency of the sale we ran. We have an incredible staff, that we are truly lucky to have.
