Acentive they said they could make computer faster but didnt. they even drafted money out from my bank for month of december Internet

they claimed to repair and make my computer faster but didnt change anything. it scaned different errors at times and didnt even use computer for several days. i used it only once but then in december i saw that my bank card was charged again.i finnally deleted acentive from computer and it seemed to be alot faster. i tryed to look up customer service or phone but nothing.ill call my banker today to block acentive from accesing my bank acount
