ACheck Solutions is a scam company based in a shopping center in henderson, Nevada.
The company's representatives goes to different states and goes to buisness that take checks or cash checks like convenient stores, small restaurants, check cashing places. The company claims to offers full 100% refund on any bad checks from 3 years. They claim they will pay the full amount of the check plus the bank cost within 5 business days. The company also claims that its all free and they make money from the people who write the bad checks. Sounds too good to be true.

Then the company rep will ask you ok if you don't belive us give us a old check that you have laying around that you havent got paid for. Then they take the check and will tell you what do you have to loose, nothing let me have this check or a copy of the check and we will have your money within 5 business days. Again sounds too good to be true.

Now that youve handed the rep your bad check, the rep will give a long agreement with alots of fine print on it. he will be like just take this and we will take your check and when bring your money back from the bad check we will be dealing more often.

And now they just scammed you.

A charge of $440.00 of annual fee taken out of your bank account automatically wihouth your permission.

They got your bank account information from the bad check that you gave the rep. Its all on the back of the check.

When You try to contact the company they don't answer the phone they want you to leave them a voicemail with your name and number and they will call you back.

You will never recieve a call back.
