Acia Advance before trial period was up, i cancelled. had a bad reation to it, and were very rude Portland Internet

my son and i were interested to try this product, he had a bad reaction to it, so 1 called in the period of time required. i have called and e-mailed to cancel this. they took the money out of my account for another bottle AFTER i asked them to cancel. my bank told me that when the package came to not open it so i can recieve my refund, package never arrived, but money, 64.95 was taken from my account, i called on the 24th of june asking what was going on and the woman i talked to{ shawna or sharon} have both names on paper assured me that she would cancel it and the money would be back in my account within 24to48 hours. it has not been returned, so i called today and talked to two people{with attitude} that told me it is canceled but will not refund my 64.95. i am furious over this and would like something done. this company is hurting alot of people and this is not acceptable.
