Acquirelists Acquire Lists Mail, No Service for provided, Accepted payment no service, Append Services Incomplete, Internet

Chris Andrews of Acquirelists solicited our business for data append. After submitting a test file Chris provided a response of how much they could append. They provided a invoice 1171986 and a NDA to complete the work. Payment was sent and check was processed. 

After multiple emails provided to Chris Andrews requesting the file to be delivered back, Chris always had an excuse why the file was not sent. I provided an additional week past the date of completion prior to writing this report. 

We paid $2,445 for work that was never completed or delivered back to us. The phone number I verified prior to sending the order is now not answering.
