this place is a total rip off my sister went here to get here hair into micro mini braids and it was a total disaster from the start. I went with her to keep her company since it was going to be at least 12 hours long I was told if I wasn't being serviced I couldn't stay there with her so I said ok and left even though that was weird to me after awhile my sister called me and said you need to come and pay them so I went back to the shop to do just that but before I could pay the manager/owner Eve was with another customer who was complaining about something so I went to look at my little sisters her and realized what the other customer was complaining about the outside braids was nice and small and neat close together like they are suppose to be but the inside was horrible to far apart all different sizes and not completely braided down correctly. I was mortified so I made Eve aware of the problem and this women had the audacity to tell me and the other women standing there that she didn't care what we were saying because her and the stylist were the professionals and they knew what the braids were suppose to look like and how they were suppose to be done I laughed in her face and told her I really didn't care anything about that and it was know way in the hell she was getting 220 bucks from me. I told her to call the police because i wasn't paying and the next day I was calling the bbb on her and make a complaint and advised the other person to do the same and i made her aware that I wasn't afraid to take her to small claims court if she wanted to continued this fight. Once the police came and we all told our sides of the store I didn't have to pay because my sister hair wasn't completed she took what was braided out and we went on about our business but unfortunately the other person hair was complete and the police informed her that she would have to take them to small claims court .so learn from my mistake and take heed don't waste your time or money
