Adam Ginsberg and his eBay course, which I paid 3,071.01 (US$ 4,899) in June 2009 in London has brought me nightmares as they are the WORST products and services that I have ever received in my life! I believe that I was misled and deceived in to signing the contracts and just like many other victims I feel I have been ripped off by Adam Ginsberg International.

Despite the fact that I am a customer of Adam Ginsberg International, just because I have asked for a full refund, I have been treated like dirt and even have been threatened with court action by Adam Ginsberg's staff and lawyers. I am outraged and disgusted by his lack of business ethics and the unfair business to consumer practices he employs and have decided to share my experience with the world.

The truth is that if you are unhappy about a product or service or have had a negative experience with a company, you are likely to tell 10 times more people than that you would if it had been a good experience. It is a universal law that the kind of business that Adam Ginsberg is running won't last very long and I am hoping it happens sooner rather than later...

To date, Adam Ginsberg still has kept all my money unlawfully and unethically, despite the fact I have requested a full refund on numerous occasions both individually as well as a member of a full refund request group with eight other classmates. My classmates and I have received several abusive, threatening and nasty emails from their customer service and they even hired a solicitor in London to try to scare us off by sending us threatening and abusive letters via emails. I have kept all these emails for my future records.

As you can read from other rip-off reports, this is the same method that Adam Ginsberg has used to attack other victims. When his customers posted negative reviews and comments about Adam Ginsberg, his eBay and other courses online and created websites to expose him, he hired lawyers to send them threatening letters to try to remove these sites and reviews. This is the old trick and dirty methods used by unethical and dodgy companies to tackle the refund issues and complaints from their customers.

From my experience of dealing with Adam Ginsberg and his company I have found they behave outrageously, are unethical and are operating their business unlawfully and unethically. I would like every media, press and consumer protection agencies in the UK and USA to step up to do thorough

investigation against Adam Ginsberg International to prevent him from preying on more victims like me.

In the UK, I have reported and complained about Adam Ginsberg and his company to Consumer Direct, (08454 04 05 06) https://secure.consumerdirect.gov.uk/reportascam.aspx and the Office of Fair Trading . The Office of Fair Trading gives the following definition A scam is a scheme designed to con you out of your cash. Scammers are becoming more sophisticated and aim to con us all. Do I believe Adam Ginsberg is designed to con us out of our cash? The Answer is Yes, I believe that I have plenty of evidence to prove this.

Everyone that I have met and spoke to who has purchased Adam Ginsberg's eBay courses all want their money back. I can make a list of 18 names, including one PhD doctor from London. These people are furious about Adam Ginsberg and told me that they have been conned and fooled by Adam Ginsberg. These are only the people that I know and have spoken to directly, not taking into account the possible hundreds and thousands of other victims.

Adam Ginsberg even hired people to be his rebuttals to comment on his rip-off reports. This further proves that he is very aware that many of his customers are and will be very unhappy after purchasing his courses, as these are designed to con our hard-earned cash out of our pockets. He is even prepared to tackle this issue, by rebutting and trying to wipe out all the negative reviews and comments about him by hiring attorneys to send threatening emails and letters.

In June 2009, I attended an Internet Traffic seminar, which was organised by Mark Anastasi at the Hilton Hotel in London. I was misled and conned by Adam Ginsberg's empty promises of financial freedom, easy cash, his turnkey system and by the exaggerated glossy sales pitch; I signed up to the contracts without having a proper amount of time in which to read their terms and conditions.

We were told by Adam Ginsberg that his Drop-shipping warehouse (Doba) is zero risk with zero wholesale expense and that it had 1.2 million products available for drop-shipping on the internet. All these products are available at the LOWEST wholesale price on the internet, it is awesome, it is completely turnkey. This tuned out be a big lie, as later we discovered that many of the products in the Doba warehouse are priced much higher than the exact same products selling on eBay.

Before signing the contract, I called my husband and told him that I was going to sign up with the eBay course. My husband told me that he was going to do a quick search about Adam Ginsberg on the internet. Soon my husband called me back and told me NOT to sign up as he found lots of negative reviews and feedback about Adam Ginsberg on the internet.

However, at that time I simply could not believe what my husband was telling me as I had been overloaded with Adam Gisnberg's misleading and deceitful information, empty promises, financial freedom and therefore I did not listen to my husband. It was one of the biggest mistakes that I have ever made in my life by signing up with Adam Ginsberg's eBay course, I lost the tuition fee of 3,071.01 (US$ 4,899) plus more of my precious time and money on eBay listing fees and paying his monthly software fees, which he does not deserve.

We were fooled by the seminar organiser and Adam Gisnberg as we were not given enough time to read their unfair terms and conditions on the contracts. We were only given a 14 people only limit and 20 minutes to sign up with his course; a hard sale tactic and urgency strategy used by the seminar organiser and Adam Ginsberg to trick us to sign up with the course immediately rather than have time to think about it in a calm and rational manner.

In the UK, by law, we have at least SEVEN business days to cancel any purchases we have made. However, Adam Ginsberg's contract states that we only have THREE business days to cancel the purchase. This unfair business term has put off many people from cancelling the course including me, when we had cooled down our heads after the hard sales pitches.

When you are going to the seminars, do not trust any of the seminar organisers. I have learned from my experience that you must do your own research and home work before signing up with any courses. By the industry standard, seminar organisers make 50% of their commissions from each of the sales a speaker makes. That is the reason why the seminar organisers would let snakes and sharks to speak at their events and even promote and glorify them.

The seminar organisers often like these snakes and sharks as they are usually very good at sales with sleek, oiled pitches to lure the newbies. They are usually trained as professional speakers and often over-promise and under-deliver. They also tell the audience what they want to hear, and lure you in with their false promises of financial freedom, wealth creation and fast and easy money.

These speakers know that there are always people that can be lured by these empty promises and they know how to target and use these people's psychology to ensure that they sign up with their courses. As human beings we all want to get rich quick, but as you know most of these get-rich-quick schemes are just scams. Just remember that if it sounds too good to be true then it is most likely a scam.

I have noticed that there are several big seminar organisers that invited Adam Ginsberg to their events in the UK who are actually based overseas and therefore it is very difficult to bring the organisers and speakers to the UK courts of justice. Take for example when I signed up at Mark Anastassi's event, his company is registered in Cyprus and there is no address for his UK operation. When I contacted him in Cyprus and his sales director in the UK for help regarding my request for a refund from Adam Ginsberg they just ignored me by not replying to my emails and telephone calls. Adam Ginsberg is a USA citizen and it is very difficult to bring him to the UK courts of justice as well.

Be wary of some dodgy seminar organisers and speakers who trying to dig in to your pockets but refuse to be held responsible for your refund issues. I am not denying that there are many good seminars out there that can help your personal development and can truly help you to create wealth. Personally, I have benefited tremendously by attending a property investment seminar in 2007, which has changed my life.

I attended the Adam Ginsberg's workshop in July 2009 in London, but it was a complete waste of my time and money. Even though it was a small workshop, Adam Ginsberg brought someone called Michael, who mesmerised us all several times a day by switching off all the lights, making it dark in the room and then asking us to close our eyes and listen to him.

He talked about something like bye bye to the past.. but this bye sounds too much like buyas Adam Ginsberg was doing up-sales during the workshop, which cost another 3,000 (US$ 4,800) to sign up for. I really feel sorry for people who signed up for this untested online stores scheme. I met three people who signed up with this up-sale course in other seminars and they all told me that they want to get their money back. I have never come across anyone who had one good word to say about Adam Ginsberg and his courses, other than his employees.

During the 3 day course we were taught very basic things about eBay listings, many of these were things that even the most basic computer user already knows how to do. We were asked to practice taking pictures and upload these on eBay, which again, most people already know how to do, it is not in eBay's interest to make this particularly hard. Ginsberg's system was full of bugs and was not ready to use. We wasted an entire afternoon trying to use their system, while Adam Ginsberg sat at the back of the room making phone calls to his technical guys in the United States. The system had not even been trialled properly and yet we were being sold it as the finished product.

We were also taught about Facebook and Twitter, stuff we had already learnt from free seminars. Adam Ginsberg also played a YouTube clip called show me the moneyfrom the movie Jerry Maguire again and again and made us sick of watching it. They had noAuction Millionaire Secrets to teach, so they used these social media tidbits to help pass the time.

At that time, I did not know that in 2004, Adam Ginsberg was permanently banned from eBay due to overwhelming negative customer feedback and because of violating eBay policies. If you are reading this report, wake up and avoid him like the plague and stay away anything to do with Adam Ginsberg, as far away as possible. You have been warned about Adam Ginsberg and his eBay course! There are two more parts to my report.
