DO NOT send any money to Pan American Advisors, or Adam Webb no matter what company he is working for!! You will never see your money again, let alone ever see any funding.

Their con begins with telling you how they have several serious investors ready to fund your project, and how it is already approved for funding. Then they tell you it has to be packaged properly, and there is an application fee to their company (mine was $2,500).

Then a month goes by and they tell you to send 10 copies of the business plan because the investors need to confirm with each other after they read the document.

Then another month goes by, and when you ask why they have not completed the funding, they tell you they're still working on it.

After the third month went by, I knew I was being scammed, so I called Adam Webb at least 10 times and he never returned any of my calls. I even asked to speak to the President of their company but, he was never available, or always out of the office.

When I threatened to file a lawsuit they told me to go right aheadm and they earned their fee doing everything they said they would do for me. Which obviously was a lie.

I tried several times to get thru to an owner of the company, and finally a secretary put me thru to one of their VP flunkies, who said, "Adam Webb does not work there anymore, and he was terminated for lying to people." So I told him that I want my money back, and he said, "We did what we are supposed to do for you so we earned our fee, a large part of which goes to Adam Webb. So how can we be obligated to return anything to you?"

I found out that there are countless complaints against this company, and Adam Webb with the Texas Attorney General and the FBI.

If you send a penny to these people no matter what they tell you, YOU are a fool!!! They are all liars and con artists.

Ask them for 5 references of others that have been funded in amounts equal or greater than the amount you are requesting, that paid the up front fee. And, I guarantee you they will tell you something like, "All of our clients demand the utmost in confidentiallity!" Or, "We do not divulge any client information!!"

Well, if some lender gave you $25 million, would you allow people to call you? I'd be more than willing to give a reference if someone gave me my funding.

So do not let them lie to you. They just don't have any references except all the people they have scammed.
