administrative legal settlement united state economic protect LLc, Morgan and associates 3 emails about a payday loan. I have not received a call nor is there a name of contact or phone number or address to call DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS IS none given Internet

I have receved emails from a company Administrative Legal Settlement, They have treateneded to have my SS number to be put on hold by the US Gov. In all the letters they reference the same case number and docket# which are the same. The letters are written like a 10 year old would write (Not a lawyer)                           

I have  recenty applied online for a loan and  so did my boyfriend, We both are receiving these letters.I do not have any infomation about the original creditor,The company or sending me these letters. No address NO name No phone number and No contact person (name)

In every letter they reference 3 charges:  Violation of Banking regulations, Collaterial of a check fraud, and Theif by deception. They always say the words like: dowloaded inside the court house, Final warning,  24 hours to respond, and good faith payments, They have refererenced  3 different legal agencies, Administrative legal settelement United State EcononmicProtect,Morgan and Associates and the latest United Financial Services Inc, who I can not find anything on the intent about. But are all sent thur the same wed address,  signlize@creditdelquency.com  Sent via of HOTMAIIL

I have not responded to these emails as I consider them to be SCAM.Who are thes people and why are they bothering me.
