Adult Sensations No shipment after 8 months of order, stole $161 from me Coquitlam British Columbia

I made an order in Feb. 10, 2013 for items totalling $161.58.  Now it is 8 MONTHS later Oct. 15, 2013 and still NO order shipped. Similar to other victims, support tickets just get closed telling me items are out of stock on back order, and there is a no refund policy.  

Of course there was no warning of out of stock items on the order checkout, so I believe them to all be in stock. There was no indication that the order would be delayed until some weeks after when I contact support through their web ticket system.

Well 8 months later after taking my money and sending NO product that I paid for is stealing.  Feel helpless and appalled that this company is scamming so many people and making money of victims like me.

How can they be stopped or fined?  This is plain wrong.
