The only thing AdvanceTrim is Trimming is the pockets of innocent consumers who, like me, trusted that they were receiving what they actually orderGreen Coffee Bean capsules. They are a fraudulent dishonest bunch of thievesShame on Them!!

When I went to the web-site of Pure Health 100 to order a bottle of "Green Coffee Bean" Capsules, it clearly stated that the purchaser will only be charge shipping and handling charge of $2.95. I ordered two bottles. Instead, I received two bottles of a product called Advanced Trim and information informing me that my "personal" account will be "automatically charged in 15 days and every 30 days thereafter. Imagine my shock! Lets pretend they sent me the correct pills, more importantlyI NEVER agreed nor consented such a transaction or membership.

Therefore, I called the number provided which stated "To change the frequency or quantity of your order or to cancel membership, please phone us on our toll-free customer service line, at 1-877-839-9343. Customer service agents are standing by Monday 4AM to Saturday 10PM CST (Open 24 hours)" 

Not only were you NOT open 24 hours (as it stated) NO ONE EVER answered the line. As a matter of fact the same message always came up stating the office was closed? Therefore, I called the #877-434-0154 number, supposedly in AZ, and that redirected to the same automated messing saying the office was closed.

I called my bank and they instructed me to have proof of documentation stating that I have cancelled (a membership I never even signed up for) in the case this shameful company has the audacity to charge my account. In the case that they do, charges and an investigation will be placed in effect. 

Good luck to those who fell into this trap. Pitch the Pills, who knows what's really in them! Document, document, document. Report them to the BBB as well. Dont let them get away with it and fight!
