Advanta lures you in with a 9.9% rate. Then raises to 29.99%. I have been late with some payments and paid the $35.00 fee.

Now that I'm at my credit limit, this company not only charges a $35.00 over limit they also charge a $35.00 late fee. They raised the interest rate to 29.99% with out my Knowledge. What can be done about this?
