#1 Consumer Suggestion
Utah BBB and Federal Reserve Board
AUTHOR: DEC458@MSN.COM - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, December 25, 2008
I would also recommend filing a complaint with the Utah BBB because this is where Advanta's credit card HQ is. The contact at Advanta is usually Mindie Emmertson, Office of the President. I would also file a complaint with the Federal Reserve Board and they will either act on it, or pass it along to the appropriate federal agency. It is the 62,000 comments they received on the recent rule changes they passed to go into effect July 2010 and helped get those changed enacted. I'm sure a large majority of them were consumer complaints.
