I purchased a download book from this site. The download was sent, but was unopenable. I tried emailing the contact person provided, but was told it didn't exist. I paid thru Clickbank, who told me on the phone to contact the co., which I did with no results. So now I have a useless download, with no co. to contact for help or another download. What to do?
