Agency1 promised me great SEO with huge traffic Increases and I got nothing from them. They did some work with content and I got no links which is apparently very important.
Chris made up heaps of stuff and talked alot of nonsense. He claimed to be an expert but was not.
They were working on 3 of our websites and one was already doing well, until Chris started working on it.
Don't use this one man band they're shocking.

This review was not posted by a real client, it is a fake review.
Agency1 did work with a catering company from South Melbourne called Choice Catering & Hire. After speaking with Grant (the owner of the company) I discovered that he had not posted this review and was quite satisfied with the service Agency1 provided throughout the duration of his SEO campaign.
We have reason to believe that this review was posted by a previous employee of Agency1, but this is yet to be confirmed.

Agency1 takes customer satisfaction very seriously and pride ourselves on maintaining open and honest communication with our clients, and likewise addressing any concerns or complaints about our services immediately to find resolution.
