Back in September 2013, I pre-ordered the "American Ghost Hunter" special edition DVD set from their website and paid via PayPal. The estimated ship date was late September thru Early October 2013.

Towards the end of October with no DVD, I checked their website. Apparently there was a problem in the distribution and manufacturing departments, which pushed everybodys ship-date further back into November. After I sent a follow-up email in mid-November, all I got was a "Oh we're sorry, please send us your address and we will send a DVD out right away" and another canned email basically saying "the DVDs will arrive before Christmas."

After waiting 2-3 weeks and still no DVD, I sent another email. Again, the same response "Please send us your address and we will mail one out" This repeated in December and January with no other explanation or appology. It is well beyond the 45-day dispute period for PayPal and I have been unable to locate a phone number or any other method of contact for this company. Apparently the email support doesn't go anywhere.
