Aguila de Coatza Auto Glass Ulises Shotty Work From A Shotty Man Oceanside California

This guy is a freaking crook. We had him install a new windshield on our Toyota on Wednesday 7/13/16 he arrived on time with his Dad. Installed the windshield within a few hours told my wife not to drive it for 45 minutes which we didn't drive it at all that day. Thursday 7/14/16 she is on her way to her office in San Diego and called me stating there's a lot of wind noise coming from the windshield, she was hesitate about driving it home from all the way down there, but just told her to go but if the wind got louder to stop. I contacted Ulises later that evening to inform him of the problem left voicemail then someone called back from a different number and explained to him what the issue was and he said ok no problem we'll be out there tomorrow to fix it between 10-11am. I said perfect my wife will be working from home so that works out well. 

7/15/16- Ulises shows up and ask my wife where the air is coming in at, she said it's coming in from the windshield I don't know the exact location but it's loud when driving. Asked him to check the seal since it seemed loose in one area. He replied that he needed her to go drive the truck now and tell him exactly where it's coming from. She advised him she couldn't leave and that he just needs to check and/or reseal it. Then he proceeded to tell her the seal is old and worn out. What we had no problem with the other windshield minus the crack from a rock off a county truck splitting it in the middle. He said I don't do that, what your install but you don't seal it??? He claims he needs to know exactly where it's coming from, just reseal the glass if you would had sealed it properly the first time it wouldn't be an issue. 

I contact him directly as he left my residence and my wife called me explaining everything. He then starts to degrade my wife with me on the phone saying she was pissy and whinny and wouldn't tell him exactly where the air was coming from. Does it really matter you need to check the seal and reseal it shouldn't be rocket science here. I told him I'm sorry but we can't stop work to go drive for 15 minutes then come back she couldn't pin point exact area it's coming from different directions and the sound in the truck is swirling all over. Needless to say we paid cash to him, which was our first mistake, but we did get a receipt from him and told him if he doesn't fix it or refund our money I have no other choice but to take him to court. He said I'm not doing anything for you take me to court you won't get anything. 

Unprofessional, shotty work, disrepectful, rip off, scammer, stay away from him. Scandalous. Never ever will i use a small business again for vehicle maintenance or assistance. I knew I should had just went with SafeLite.
