AirtelDirect Airtel Direct caling card. Calling Card, rip off, stealing money Internet

I bought a calling card recently from Walgreens in Saint Louis, they sell these cards just about anywhere though, it is a AirtelDirect calling card for 25$ which one does not exist on their website no more. So when i contacted customer service because I lost my receipt they want the exact DATE & TIME of purchase to "Look up the card" but on the back of the card it states "Card is Valid (1) year after first use. So I tell the person over the phone that I don't remember when i purchased it and he replies "I cannot help you , do you need help with anything else" I reply i want my 25$ back because you guys are ripping people off.. and he goes on about yes yes i just need the date and time of purchase. This card unlike most calling cards need a receipt for the "pin" number. So i want to know who actually remembers the last date & time they went grocery shopping for example .. RIP OFF. DO NOT BUY THIS CARD FROM AIRTELDIRECT.
