Real Victim Rebuttal to Alan Magliocca

AUTHOR: Scam Revealer - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 23, 2015

As a Victim of Alan Magliocca, let me break down the lies of his rebuttal.

" this person reported the wrong person."
The wrong person was definitely not reported as the original poster is reporting the right person and his company and Spawn Host.

"First of all, I created My Income Team to help others build their businesses the same way as I did."
So he says. Believed it finally someone who wants to help us as he was tired of other scammers. Turns out as a scammer, Alan Magliocca would state such BS to trust him.

In order to own a business, you are required in most cases to have a domain and hosting. So this is obviously the first step of the process.

After that, you need an auto-responder account to build a list of subscribers to promote future products to.. "this is step 2 of my system."  Step 2 was not offered at all!

After that, you need an affiliate account, so I require the user to insert their affiliate ID as step 3 of my system.

Lastly, you need traffic.

Ok. "All of this is included in my system,"  Not Step 2! however, this person decided to call me a scammer because "they got hosting." That makes absolutely no sense to me.

That is his scam stating you got hosting. But we got that hosting as his sales spiel was we are going to make money with it with his help.

Further more, this person has never contacted me (every client gets my personal information, not just a support email). If a person contacts me and is not happy (or contacts support), they are handled in a professional manner, and most of the time are replied to within only a few hours.

"For whatever reason this person decided to go through an online 'scam' forum is beyond me. If they weren't happy with the website templates my team installed for them, weren't happy with their hosting service, or weren't happy with any part of the process, they should have contacted me instead of filing a complaint."

Maybe this poster did not try to contact Alan, but I did Foru Times, twice by email and twice by Skype. I asked for help how to make money with this and he never helped. Remember Alan stated in his sales spiel to help us, I want you to succeed.

Also note: "Everytime a person buys a domain, it costs me money. Everytime a person buys hosting, it costs me money."  Maybe maybe not. Alan probably owns Spawn Host or gets a commission.

"We are providing a product (domain), a service (hosting), and a traffic service. These are all services that cost money, require overhead, and shouldn't be refundable in the first place."
Once Again, we brought into this of the statement of Alan I will provide you this website and help you make money with it.

"Yet this person is calling me a scammer? I have helped hundreds of people get their business up and running, and some are making 7 figures per year because of my mentoring."
Absolutley BS. Remember I asked Four Times for his mentoring. So I really doubt he has has helped hundreds of people and yet making 7 figures per year

"The reason I developed this product/service is to help people, not to harm them in any way."
As a Victim, I can absolutely say this is complete BS! Asked Four Times for help, there was never ever an attempt from Alan to help, so yes I harmed out $495

"If this person feels otherwise, they need to contact me and handle it the professibnal way, instead of submitting lies to a forum. From the effort they went through to try to make my business look bad, they could have put a positive effort into a business and actually been making money by now."

I tried Four Times to put a positive effort and still not making money!
Alan never tries to help you. As A Victim, I can say do not believe anything he says!

"I hope this clears the air for any readers of this ridiculous post."

And I trully hope that as a Victim of Alan Magliocca who I did actually try to get his mentoring, that he never supplied, that I have made it clear that what Alan Magliocca sates here is not true.

Setting the Record Straight

AUTHOR: alanmag9 - ()

POSTED: Friday, July 25, 2014

Hello everyone,

I usually don't take the time to pay attention to serial refunders or people calling me a scammer because they expect to make a million bucks by next week.. but this person reported the wrong person.

First of all, I created My Income Team to help others build their businesses the same way as I did.

In order to own a business, you are required in most cases to have a domain and hosting. So this is obviously the first step of the process.

After that, you need an auto-responder account to build a list of subscribers to promote future products to.. this is step 2 of my system.

After that, you need an affiliate account, so I require the user to insert their affiliate ID as step 3 of my system.

Lastly, you need traffic.

Ok. All of this is included in my system, however, this person decided to call me a scammer because they got hosting. That makes absolutely no sense to me.

Furthoermore, this person has never contacted me (every client gets my personal information, not just a support email). If a person contacts me and is not happy (or contacts support), they are handled in a professional manner, and most of the time are replied to within only a few hours.

For whatever reason this person decided to go through an online 'scam' forum is beyond me. If they weren't happy with the website templates my team installed for them, weren't happy with their hosting service, or weren't happy with any part of the process, they should have contacted me instead of filing a complaint.

Also note: Everytime a person buys a domain, it costs me money. Everytime a person buys hosting, it costs me money.

We are providing a product (domain), a service (hosting), and a traffic service. These are all services that cost money, require overhead, and shouldn't be refundable in the first place.

I have never seen a person use a rental car service, pay the money, rent the car, then request a refund after the car was returned. The service was rendered, therefore there should be no reason for a refund in the first place.

Yet this person is calling me a scammer? I have helped hundreds of people get their business up and running, and some are making 7 figures per year because of my mentoring.

The reason I developed this product/service is to help people, not to harm them in any way.

If this person feels otherwise, they need to contact me and handle it the professibnal way, instead of submitting lies to a forum. From the effort they went through to try to make my business look bad, they could have put a positive effort into a business and actually been making money by now.

I hope this clears the air for any readers of this ridiculous post.
