All Action Water Sports Inc. Covered Warranty repair charges. Somers Point New Jersey

 All Action Water Sports charged me for a covered Yamaha YES warranty repair. Their technichian made a mistake and instead of covering it under warranty or absorbing the mistake(normal under warranty).On 1/21/16 I was charged a  $150 diagnostic fee and for a head gasket $112.59 plus tax $18.40 for a grand total of $281.29.. I have talked to several other dealers a rep and Yamaha customer relations all agreed that this should have been 100% covered under the Yamaha YES warranty. At zero cost to me, even the diagnostic fee and even if the tech made a mistake.

I also asked several times for a detailed receipt for all parts and work performed on my Wave Runner, so I have it for my records and for re sale. I have yet to receive a copy despite several calls,texts and e-mails to the manager,owner and Yamaha customer relations.

I also asked for a wriiten guarantee that the Waverunner was fixed and tested. As it is winter time here in New Jersey and my warranty is set to expire on 4/21/16. I expressed that I would not be able to test it prior to this date. Colleen assured me that they test all units in any weather and that it is policy. Thay did not water test the machine.I still do not have a guarantee after several attempts to get this in writting calls, e-mails and texts to the manager,owner and Yamaha customer relations.

Feeling very RIPPED OFF!!
